Terms of Use

Last updated: 1 June 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing eatl.co.ke or signing in to the client portal you agree to these Terms. If you are using the portal on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company.

2. Services

This website provides information about EATL's bulk liquid storage and handling services. The portal is a private workspace for approved clients, staff and administrators to view statements, transactions and notices. Commercial terms for storage, throughput and handling are governed by your separate Storage Agreement with EATL.

3. Accounts

  • Sign-in is passwordless via single-use email codes. Keep your inbox and devices secure.
  • New accounts require approval by EATL before access is granted.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us at helpdesk@eatl.co.ke of any unauthorised use.

4. Acceptable use

You must not attempt to access data belonging to another company, probe or attack the platform, scrape content at scale, or upload unlawful material. We may suspend access for breach.

5. Accuracy of data

Statements and transactions in the portal are operational records and may be reconciled against tank gauges, bond documents and invoices. The Storage Agreement governs final liability between EATL and the client.

6. Intellectual property

The EATL name, marks, site content and portal software are owned by EATL or its licensors. You receive only a limited right to use the portal to manage your account.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The website and portal are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, EATL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or portal. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or revoke portal access if a client relationship ends or these Terms are breached. Operational records will be retained as set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mombasa.
